Delivery policies
Our store understands it is especially important for you to get your items on time. That’s why we put all our effort to process your order as quickly as possible. We provide our customers with affordable and very competitive shipping rates available in the market. Please read all the details and references for our service charges and policies. Please note that the delivery services might have changed with time to be more aligned with the current market.
- 3 attempts for delivery will take place for each shipment after which if the attempts fail due to consignee unavailability or rejection of the order then a full delivery charge will apply as a return-to-origin charge
- Reverse pick-up (shipment collection) will incur the same charges of the delivery
- Liability clause:
- courier delivery’s liability is a maximum of USD 25 or the invoice value of any orders within the UAE
- courier delivery’s liability is a maximum of USD 100 or the invoice value of any orders outside the UAE
- Volumetric weight calculation: length * width * height (in cm) divided by 5000
- The working hours are from 8.00 AM till 6.00 PM. Sunday and public holidays are off. Please note if you place an order during UAE public holidays the delivery services will resume as soon as the fulfilment centre will be back to operation.
- The cut of time for the delivery is:
- Next day delivery - 2.00 PM (if the order is placed after 2.00 PM the delivery will be the day after)
- Same day delivery - 12.00 PM (if the order is placed after 12.00 PM the delivery will be the next day)
- 2-hour delivery – anytime between 8 AM and 5 PM
UAE Domestic Services
- Remote area delivery (applicable for next day delivery) charges within UAE will be 30 AED on top of basic delivery charges
- If the weight of the parcel is more than 5kg, an additional 2 AED will be charged for each kg
- The above price is inclusive of all taxes in the UAE except for VAT. 5% VAT will be additionally applied to the shipping charges.
